Summary: aerial photograph, black and white, high level vertical RAF photo, 1946. no 5245. centred on Lymington Quay, shows town, river and area to east. 22 cm high by 18cm wide. A bit bent and discoloured near bottom. Stamped No Air Ministry objection, 1947 on back. Used by Col HO (Bill) Nelson for his beach survey work when developing the Walrus. Crown Copyright
