Summary: deed, 5pp photocopy of deed of covenant whereby to Edward Badcock and Robert L Badcock, Lymington, Lymington and Pennington, Hampshire, agreed not to compete with Alfred H Allenby in the business of the Lymington Laundry, which they had sold to him, and to allow the laundry workers to use the Lymington Ferry, belonging to the Badcocks, at a reduced rate, part of a collection of title deeds relating to Old Ferry House, then called Pierside House, Walhampton, Boldre, Hampshire, dated 5 December 1909
