Summary: permit, wartime permit, WW2, to enter HM Naval Base, Town Quay, Lymington, issued to Robert J Cosh, thin small piece of paper, folded, pass no 13

Identification note: During World War II, the quay was taken over by the Navy and a guard was placed at the entrance gate situated at the Nelson Place end. Civilians who worked in the quay area, including those at Mew Langton needed a pass to enable them to get to work.

Identification note: Access to many sites was restricted during the war. This permit allowed Robert Cosh to enter HM Naval Base, Lymington.
