Summary: deed, 4pp photocopy of a deed of assignment recording that following the mortgage taken out on the rights of the Lymington Ferry between Major Alfred Jobling of Pierside, Boldre, mortgagor, and George Crouch of Arundel, West Sussex, mortgagee, George Crouch had exercised his rights as mortgagee, placed the ferry up for sale, bought it himself and then sold it for the same price of 1080 pounds to Robert L Badcock of South Street, Lymington, Lymington and Pennington, Hampshire, part of a collection of title deeds relating to Old Ferry House, then known as Pierside, Walhampton, Boldre, Hampshire, dated 11 June 1898
