Summary: deed, 2pp photocopy of affidavit made by Joseph L Potter of Boldre, Hampshire, in the matter of the proceedings in the High Court between John McLatchie, Edward Badcock and others, owners, and William Shanes, tenant, of the Lymington Ferry, seeking an injunction against Alfred Jobling and Harry Miller preventing them from operating a rival ferry service between Lymington and Walhampton, Boldre, stating that he believed the new ferry to be a public benefit and rehearsing complaints against the existing ferry service, part of a collection of title deeds relating to Old Ferry House, then known as Pierside, Walhampton, Boldre, Hampshire, dated 15 June 1892
