Summary: Donor's husband, Edward T Tarrant, was son of the policeman in the photograph who became a sergeant and lived at the then police station in Gosport Street, Lymington, Hampshire.

Identification note: Official Peace Celebrations took place in Lymington in July 1919. Celebratory events included: a procession, sports and series of concerts.
