Summary: slide, photograph, head and shoulders of Edward Prince of Wales, wearing a jacket with medals in a rectangular frame surrounded by 3 hand-drawn feathers coloured red, white and blue. Photograph is black and white except for the medals which are coloured. Beneath frame 'A 13' and Day Topical.' Label of maker. 'Will Day Ltd, Kinutilities,' with address '19 Lisle Street, Wardour Street, London W.C.' and telegram address and telephone numbers. 8 cm square.

Identification note: glass slides made of two sheets of glass, one plain and one printed, held together with black tape binding around edges. Some slides have come apart and only the printed sheet survives

Identification note: acquired by the donor on the closure of the Lyric Cinema in 1963. The donor was a neighbour of Stan Porter, one of the new proprietors.
