Summary: slide:image of a Rowntree's Aero chocolate bar on a yellow background surrounded by a blue border, with a man holding up a magnifying glass; in a speech bubble: 'See how different it is'. Below in blue: 'Nicer to eat!' and in white on a brown panel; 'Obtainable from the attendants'. Maker's label: 'from J. D. Hargreaves, slide maker, Blackpool.' Single sheet of glass; binding tape partly missing.

Identification note: glass slides made of two sheets of glass, one plain and one printed, held together with black tape binding around edges. Some slides have come apart and only the printed sheet survives.

Identification note: acquired by the donor on the closure of the Lyric Cinema in 1963. The donor was a neighbour of Stan Porter, one of the new proprietors.
