Marbled endpapers and marbling on edges; bookplate on inside front cover; 'Registered No. 37103' for re-ordering purposes. 366 pages, ruled with red margin. The book contains handwritten minutes of the above company from June 1913, when it was first set up, to May 1924. The main business of the company was the Lyric Cinema in Lymington.
