Identification note: Aerial photograph of Keyhaven Harbour in the 1950s. Captain Adams boatyard is on the right hand side. What is now the car park was still scrub land, used for refuse. However the two sailing clubs can be seen: Hurst Castle Sailing Club and Keyhaven Yacht Club. The reeds in the river were cut for thatching.
