Identification note: Wooden model of an earlier Town Hall in Lymington. Built in 1710, the Town Hall jutted out onto the High Street, getting in the way of traffic, so was demolished in 1858. Its distinctive cupola, similar to that of St Thomas’s Church, can be seen in many early views of the High Street.
